Covid-19 has plagued the entire world from 2020 and well into 2021 there is little improvement in the spread of the disease. We have heard of effective vaccines being produced all around the world and in India too, we have Covaxin and CoviShield.
In a country like ours, with a huge population and less manufacturing units to produce the vaccine, not all of us are fortunate enough to get the Covid-19 vaccine early. So until we get the vaccine we can gain immunity from all sorts of diseases by practicing a few methods and making a few lifestyle changes.
Vaccines give us immunity from the particular disease we get the vaccine for but there are other ways to get immunity while waiting in turn for the Covid-19 vaccines. Immunity can vary based on many different factors like age, lifestyle, genetics etc.

There are ways to naturally boost our immunity and make both our mind and body healthy.
We have come up with a checklist that one can follow to increase immunity :
Nutrition and exercise
Eat a balanced diet, high in fruits and vegetables
Get adequate sleep
Meditate to calm your mind when you feel stressed

Help the people around us by waiting for our turn to get vaccinated. Help families who are suffering. Help adults or children, while their close ones are suffering. Or maybe just help by talking to people and consoling their melting hearts and unforeseen fears.
It must be said, that we shouldn’t spread false news or any information that can’t be verified as this causes panic and can severely change the opinion of the people in an adverse way. By doing small gestures and practising empathy, we can help uplift the entire community around us. And that's what we call vaccination in the real sense not only against COVID 19 but all such negativities which surround us every now and then.
Because humans are blessed to be helpful by almighty. Use your power, stay vaccinated with a dose of positivity always.
It also is beneficial if we plant small plants in our balconies, societies, or terrace for both our mental peace and purification of the air we breathe. Breathing pure air helps us strengthen our lungs and increases our circulation.
In a day and age where there is a lot of misinformation and stress, by taking some time to reconnect with nature, family and society can be great for our overall health.
Above all remember that by boosting immunity naturally, staying fit, and being helpful, there is no reason to get paranoid.
